Velia Vanesa Bracho Añez has been a member of Bolet & Terrero since 2021, when she started her professional practice. She has been especially dedicated to the trademarks department and the anti-counterfeiting department. Her practice includes the counseling and execution of trademark protection strategies against infringement and counterfeiting in the Anti-counterfeiting Department, through negotiations and transactions, as well as in civil, criminal and administrative actions. She also assists in the management of several Trademark portfolios. She has worked as an Assistant Professor of Property Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation & Evidence at Universidad Metropolitana.
