Velia Vanesa Bracho Añez has been a member of Bolet & Terrero since 2021, when she started her professional practice. She has been especially dedicated to the trademark and anti-counterfeiting area. Her practice includes advising and executing trademark protection strategies against infringement and counterfeiting in the Anti-Piracy Department, through negotiations and transactions, as well as in civil, criminal and administrative actions. He also assists in the management of trademark portfolios of various clients. He has worked as a teaching assistant in the subjects of Real Rights, Criminal Law, Civil Procedural Law and Arguments and Evidence at the Universidad Metropolitana.
