Senior Associate at Bolet & Terrero since 2021, with more than 20 years of experience in advising and protecting intellectual assets for national and foreign companies and entrepreneurs. Her areas of practice are mainly focused on the area of trademarks and distinctive signs, currently working in the Trademark Litigation Department; however, she has coordinated the Department of Patents, International Trademarks and provided advice on copyright issues throughout her professional practice.
He is Professor of Intellectual Property in the Specialization in Corporate Law at the Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) and the Chair of Distinctive Signs in the Specialization in Intellectual Property at the Universidad Monteávila (UMA). He has also been part of the advisory team of the Permanent Subcommittee of Education, Health, Science, Technology and Innovation of the National Assembly for the drafting or revision of laws related to intellectual property and artificial intelligence issues in our country. For more than 10 years, he has dedicated part of his practice to the professional activity and currently holds the position of President of the Venezuelan Association of Intellectual Property Agents (COVAPI).
